1) What this covers?
This Policy explains what information we collect through the MMOW website and order flow, how we use it, who we share it with (e.g., Chefs and delivery partners), and your choices. MMOW is operated by mPath Services; independent chefs prepare the food. MMOW coordinates ordering, payment confirmation, messages, and delivery.
2) Information we collect
Order info: name, email, phone, delivery address, order details, delivery notes.
Preferences: dietary notes/allergies you choose to share (used to relay to the Chef).
Payment info: we accept Zelle. We do not collect or store your bank credentials; you complete payment in your Zelle app or bank. We store payment confirmation metadata (e.g., transaction ID or “paid” status).
Communications: messages you send us (email, forms, SMS if used).
Website data: basic logs (IP, device type), and limited cookies necessary for site functionality. If we add analytics later, we will update this Policy.
3) How we use information
Process and confirm orders, relay relevant info to the Chef and delivery partner.
Coordinate delivery, substitutions, and credits.
Communicate updates and service messages.
Improve operations and communications.
Comply with legal requests or protect our rights.
4) Sharing information
We share only what’s necessary to fulfill your order:
Chefs: item(s) ordered, first name, dietary notes, and relevant delivery window;
Delivery partners: name, address, phone, delivery notes;
Service providers: email/SMS tools, website host, and (if enabled) analytics;
Legal or safety: as required by law or to address fraud, security, or health/safety concerns.
We do not sell personal information.
5) Allergies & health info you provide
If you disclose allergies or dietary preferences, we will pass them to the Chef. We cannot guarantee allergen-free meals or outcomes. Do not submit highly sensitive medical information; we cannot use it for any medical purpose.
6) Data retention
Orders/communications: typically retained for up to 24 months for operations and accounting, then minimized or deleted unless required to keep longer (e.g., legal holds).
Delivery proofs/labels: retained as part of the order record.
You can request deletion of non-transactional data; we may retain what we must for legal/accounting.
7) Your choices
Access/Update/Deletion: email us at mmow@mpathservices.com
We’ll verify and respond within a reasonable time.
Marketing: we currently send only transactional messages. If we add newsletters, you can opt out anytime.
Cookies: our one-page site uses minimal, essential cookies. If we add analytics, we will post an update and (if needed) a consent banner.
8) Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system is 100% secure. Please don’t email full bank details or sensitive health data. We may use technical measures (e.g., rate-limiting and bot detection) to protect the site and our content.
9) Children
MMOW is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10) Changes
We may update this Policy; the “Effective Date” shows the latest version. Substantial changes will be posted on the site.

Chefs, not MMOW, are responsible for cooking, ingredients, and food safety.
