Healthy lifestyle starts with healthy food and *intentional prep*. We can help!
MMOW Sunday Stock-Up is designed to keep ordering simple, flexible and transparent. Here are answers to the questions customers are most likely to have.
What is MMOW Sunday Stock-Up?
MMOW Sunday Stock-Up is homestyle vegetarian Marathi food for the week ahead, delivered Sunday evening in the St. Louis area. You choose a combination of the week’s available bhajis and daals, add only the extras you need, and begin the week with comforting food already in your refrigerator.
Is Sunday Stock-Up replacing the earlier weekly-meal and à-la-carte options?
Yes. Sunday Stock-Up is now MMOW’s primary ordering model. The earlier fixed complete-meal and separate à-la-carte formats have been retired.
Why did MMOW move to Sunday Stock-Up?
Customers told us they wanted more flexibility and more help at the beginning of the week including both lunches and dinner. Sunday Stock-Up allows you to choose the food your household actually needs instead of ordering a fixed meal for a particular day. Sunday delivery also gives you a useful head start before Monday begins.
Is this restaurant-style or on-demand ordering?
No. MMOW is not a restaurant or delivery app. Food is prepared by local home chefs based on confirmed advance orders. The weekly cutoff gives us time to plan quantities, purchase groceries and prepare your food with care.
Is Sunday Stock-Up a subscription?
No. There is no subscription or recurring commitment. You may order during any week when the menu works for you.
What can I order?
Each weekly menu normally includes a selection of bhajis and daals for your base order. Depending on the week, optional add-ons may include:
Chapatis
Bhakri or Paratha
Rice variety
Side dish
Special-preparation bhaji
Sweet or festival special
Not every add-on is offered every week.
What is the minimum base order and what happens if I don't meet the minimum?
The base order requires a minimum of 4 × 16 oz containers. These may be selected from the bhajis and daals available on that week’s menu. If you order without meeting that minimum requirement, you will get Order Needs Adjustment email, and your order won't be finalized until you fix the issue by texting (314-325-0577) or emailing (mmow@mpathservices.com) to us.
Can I choose any combination of bhaji and daal?
Yes. You may mix and match the available selections in any combination, as long as your base order totals at least four containers. For example: One container of each available item, two bhajis and two daals, three containers of one item and one of another, any other available combination totaling four or more
Are all menu items available every week?
No. The menu changes based on the dishes planned for that week, chef availability and seasonal ingredient availability. Please review the current weekly menu before ordering.
What happens if I select something that is not available that week?
MMOW will contact you to adjust the order or help you choose an available alternative. You will get Order Needs Adjustment email, and your order won't be finalized until you fix the issue by texting (314-325-0577) or emailing (mmow@mpathservices.com) to us.
Are all containers always 16 oz?
Standard bhaji and daal selections are generally offered in 16 oz containers. Some specialty bhajis made with costly seasonal vegetables, delicate greens or labor-intensive ingredients may be offered in a smaller (8 oz) portion. Also, side item and sweet always come in 8 oz containers.
Is the food vegetarian?
Yes. MMOW currently offers vegetarian food only. Please remember that food is prepared in independent home kitchens where other ingredients may also be present.
Are the flavors very spicy?
MMOW food is generally prepared with balanced, mild-to-medium flavors suitable for everyday meals and a broad range of customers, including teenagers and seniors. Individual dishes and spice levels may vary.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
Our menus are pre-determined including the recipe and ingredients used in each prep. You can send your request while you order and our chefs will review the request, but cross-contact is possible in-home kitchens. MMOW cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe or medically significant allergies should use their own judgment before ordering.
Can I request less oil, less salt or a milder preparation?
Please see our response for food allergies. You may mention the request in the Comments section. We will try to accommodate reasonable preferences, but individual customization is not guaranteed because food is prepared in planned weekly batches.
Can I request food without onion or garlic?
Please see our response for food allergies. Please enter the request in the Comments section. No-onion, no-garlic or Jain-friendly preparation is not guaranteed unless MMOW specifically confirms it for that week’s menu.
Can I make substitutions?
Sunday Stock-Up already gives you flexibility to choose among the available bhajis and daals. Ingredients within an individual dish generally cannot be substituted. Please use the weekly menu and Comments section to communicate any important preference before ordering.
How much food does one order provide?
Sunday Stock-Up is a flexible collection of food items rather than one fixed dinner plate. The number of meals or servings will depend on: The number of containers ordered, whether you add breads, rice or sides, your household size, Individual appetites, how you combine the items with food already at home.
How is the food packaged?
Food is packed in sealed, food-grade containers suitable for refrigeration and reheating. Container sizes may vary for breads, sides, rice and special items.
How soon should I refrigerate the food?
Please refrigerate your food promptly after delivery and preferably within two hours. If you will not be home during delivery, arrange a safe handoff location or leave an insulated cooler where the order can be placed.
How long will the food stay fresh?
Freshness depends on the dish, storage temperature and handling after delivery. Keep all items refrigerated and use your normal food-safety judgment. Freeze anything you do not expect to eat within the first few days.
How should I reheat the food?
Transfer the contents of container into microwave safe bowl as appropriate and heat until the food is thoroughly hot. As a general starting point: Bhaji or daal: microwave approximately 60–90 seconds, stir and continue heating if needed. Chapatis: microwave approximately 10–15 seconds each, preferably covered to retain softness. Microwave strengths vary, so adjust the heating time accordingly.
When does the weekly/Sunday menu become available?
The multiple Sundays menu is published beforehand. Please check the menu before you order for a particular week/Sunday, since dishes and add-ons may change based on availability.
What is the order cutoff?

Why is there an order cutoff?
We need confirmed quantities in advance for grocery planning, chef preparation, packaging and Sunday delivery coordination. Sunday Stock-Up is planned home cooking, not same-day restaurant ordering.
Can I order after Thursday at 9:00 PM?
Generally, no. Late orders may be considered only if ingredients, chef capacity and delivery space are still available. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
